As they make their way down the iconic road, they’ll have to complete various mini-games to acquire coins that help in upgrading, building famous spots and monuments of Route 66 lane, and even attacking the other players to gain a competitive edge.
The objective of the game is to help Cucu who has lost his way in the middle of running behind his
beloved Diana. The core gameplay is to match 3 cards and collect coins to upgrade, build and recharge your energy by playing mini-games and even attack the other players to prevent them from building the famous spots!
To play, each player will draw 3 cards from the deck, with each card containing various properties such as playing your luck with piggy banks, slot machines, energy crates, fortune wheel, shielding your mini-games building, and even attacks. The core loop of our game lies in drawing cards, matching 3 of the same cards, building the spots, buildings, and repeat. Isn’t it fun?! These resources can then be used to upgrade and build buildings, and increase their energies to play the game which will give the player a progression on building different areas too.
If a player has a match 3 card of attacking, they can also attack the player’s area. These attacks can count on degrading their buildings which will block their progress. It’s a great way for the player to gain an advantage over the others and ensure that they get to the end of the road first.
The Cards
As we have seen earlier on the blog, how the game has to be played, the goal of the game is to build and upgrade the different spots, monuments, and motels to reach and explore different places on Route 66.
To build the places, the core direction is to draw cards that match the 3 of the same. Wait! It is not just to draw cards, and draw cards and just draw cards! There are five different cards each of which has its own credits to take.
Energy crates
To start with you need a lot of energy to draw cards and build areas over! isn’t it?! Here is the set of
three parachute crates carrying energies. Unpack a box of crates and refill your energy to draw cards.
Piggy bank card
Piggy banks are lifesavers. Here, it does the same! A major mini-game that helps you and Cucu get some extra coins to upgrade and structure the buildings on your way. In the set of five piggy banks, break any one of them and collect the extra coins!
Slot machine card
We all know that the slot machine is a game of chance! The probability of getting energy, coins, stickers, and free spins increases your chance of loving the voyage through the lane of Route 66.
Spin Wheel card
